II. ON WHAT BASIS DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA? The company collects and processes personal data in accordance with European Union and Republic of Lithuania legal acts regulating personal data protection.
The company processes Client’s personal data on the following bases:

How to exercise your rights?
To exercise the aforementioned rights, the Client must submit a filled-out request to the Company in person, by mail, through a representative, or electronically. The request must be legible, signed, and should specify the Client’s name, surname, residence, contact details for maintaining communication, information regarding the reason, which rights, and to what extent they wish to exercise, and the preferred method of receiving the response.
Upon processing the Client’s request, the Company has the right to verify the identity of the applicant. If requested by the Company, when a request is submitted directly to a Company employee responsible for client service, the Client must provide a document confirming their identity. If the request is submitted by mail, a legally verified copy of the document confirming the person’s identity must be included.
Upon receipt of your request and successful verification of your identity, the Company will provide you with information about the actions taken based on your request no later than one month from the date of receiving and completing the verification procedure. Considering the complexity and number of requests, the Company has the right to extend this one-month period by another two months, informing you no later than one month from the completion of your request and verification procedure, indicating the reasons for such an extension.
In implementing the Client’s rights related to personal data, the Company:
- has the right to ask the Client to specify the submitted request;
- provides information to the extent that ensures that the rights of other individuals are not violated if certain information about the Client is also related to other individuals.
Based on the reasons and circumstances specified in the legal acts, the Company has the right to refuse to fulfill your request and will inform you in writing, providing the reasons for such refusal.
