Our products are mostly used for facades, terraces, sheds, fences, and various interior details such as furniture. We have accumulated a wealth of experience, carefully processing each piece of wood down to the smallest detail. To produce the highest quality planks, we use the latest technology and centuries-old burning technique from Japan known as “SHOU SUGI BAN” or otherwise known as “Yakisugi”.

Regular wooden planks are usually covered with lacquer or paint, while charred wood is only coated with eco-friendly and natural oil after processing, which is not harmful to your health. In addition to this important aspect, it also possesses the following characteristics:
- Fire resistance. Charred wood ignites more slowly than regular planks, making it safer.
- Aesthetics. The appearance changes as the wood darkens, highlighting the grain and creating a more elegant and luxurious look.
- Maintenance. Burnt wood facade or deck boards used in exteriors require no annual maintenance. After 6-8 years, it’s recommended to refresh them with a single layer of oil.
- Pest protection. The burning process eliminates harmful organisms in the wood, such as fungi and insects. It also completely burns out the sugars in the wood, making it “unpalatable” to parasites.
- Longevity. The planks become more durable, stronger, resistant to weather conditions, moisture, UV rays, mold and fungi, thus, for example, outdoor furniture lasts longer.
How do we process the wood?
- In our factory, we have the highest quality Scandinavian, fully dried spruce, pine, or mahogany wood.
- We char the boards of the required size at high temperature, using special machines. This step gives the wood a rich hue and accentuates its texture.
- Once the wood has cooled down, we remove the charred layer from the boards using special brushes. At this stage, the wood acquires a distinctive grain.
- We meticulously clean off all the impurities.
- The final step is oiling with natural oils and staining it with your chosen color.
